Terms of Service

Updated: June 26, 2026

Simple rules for using Clubly. By using the app, you agree to what's written below.

What it is

Clubly is an app that helps you run a small studio: schedule and classes, attendance, memberships and drop-ins, payment and debt tracking, plus a client portal and online booking.

We keep developing the product, so some features may be added or change.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and the data you enter accurate.

Use the service lawfully and don't hand access to people it isn't meant for.

Client data

By adding data about your clients, you confirm you have the right and the consents to do so, and you remain its owner.

Clubly helps you store and process it, but responsibility for the lawfulness of collecting it is yours.

Payments

Access to Clubly is provided on a subscription; its terms and price are communicated separately.

Payments between a client and a studio go through third-party providers — Stripe or LiqPay. Clubly is not a party to them and takes no platform fee, though providers may charge their own.

What's not allowed

Don't use the service for unlawful actions, try to hack it, overload it, or disrupt how it works for you or other users.

As is

We work to keep Clubly stable, but provide it "as is" and can't guarantee 100% uptime.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits related to using the app.

Leave anytime

You can stop using Clubly and delete your account whenever you want.

On our side, we may limit or suspend access if these rules are broken.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If we change anything, we'll update this page.

App subscription

Clubly runs on a subscription held by the studio owner. There are two plans: Studio — one studio, you work alone; Team — up to three studios plus access for trainers. The feature set is the same; only the scale differs.

You can subscribe monthly or yearly, and yearly costs less. The exact price in your currency is shown by the app store at checkout — the store also handles taxes and takes the payment.

The first 14 days are free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid automatically and then renews at the end of each period until you cancel it.

Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, in the same place as your other subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for a period already paid are handled by the store under its own rules — we have no way to issue them.

This is separate from payments inside a studio: when a client pays for a class or a pass, the money goes straight to the studio, and Clubly takes no commission from it.
