A plain-language explanation of what data Clubly collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions? Email support@useclubly.com and we'll help.

What we collect

When you sign up, we store your name, email, phone and password. The password is kept encrypted only — no one sees it in plain text, including us.

To make the app useful, you add your studio's working data: clients and their contacts, classes and attendance, memberships, payments and debts. A client card may hold more, if you fill it in: date of birth, a photo, notes, and — for minors — a parent's name and phone number.

We automatically collect a minimum of technical data: your device model and system version, the app version, your language, a token for push notifications, and crash reports. This is what makes notifications arrive and lets us see — and fix — a crash.

If you write to us from the app (More → Write to us), we keep the message and the screenshot, if you attached one. The same technical data and the role you were working in are attached automatically, so we don't have to ask for them in reply. We answer to the email on your account.

We don't store or see card details — payments happen directly on the payment providers' side.

How we use it

We use data only to make Clubly work: show the schedule, count memberships and payments, send reminders to clients, and help you with support.

We don't sell data to third parties and don't use it for ads — no profiling to show you ads.

Who we share it with

Some of the work is done by trusted providers: Stripe and LiqPay handle online payments, the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat handle the app subscription itself, Firebase delivers push notifications and collects crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, Resend sends email, and Railway and Cloudflare handle hosting and stored files.

They only receive the data needed for their part of the job and use it solely to run Clubly — not for their own purposes. We don't sell or hand your data to anyone else.

Your clients' data

If you're a studio owner, the client data you add stays yours and under your responsibility — Clubly stores and processes it on your behalf.

So it matters that you have a basis to keep these people (for example, they're your students) and their consent where needed.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account anytime right in the app: Profile → delete account. After that we remove the data tied to it.

If something doesn't work or you need help, email support@useclubly.com and we'll take care of it.

Security and children

We take data seriously: passwords are encrypted, access is restricted, and each studio's data is isolated from others.

The app isn't intended for independent use by children. Data about underage clients is added by the studio — with the consent of parents or guardians.

Changes and contact

We sometimes update this page — for example, if we add a new provider. The current version is always here, with the update date at the top.
