Deleting your account
Updated: 25 August 2026
You can delete your Clubly account yourself, at any time, without contacting support. Here is how, and what exactly goes away.
How to delete it
Open the app, go to your profile and scroll to the bottom — there is a "Delete account" button. It is there for studio owners and for clients alike.
You will be asked to confirm by typing the account email. That guard exists because there is no undo afterwards.
If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@useclubly.com from the address the account is registered to and we will delete it on request.
What gets deleted
The account itself and your access to every studio you belonged to — immediately and permanently, with no recovery window.
If you own a studio, your studios go with the account, including all of their data: people, classes, attendance, passes, payments, history and uploaded files.
If you were a trainer in someone else’s studio, your access disappears while the studio keeps its own records: past classes remain, no longer tied to you.
If you were a client of a studio, your login is removed. The records the studio keeps about you as its client belong to that studio and stay with it; the studio can delete them.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
You don't have to delete everything at once. Inside the app you can remove individual records: a client card, a class, a photo, a chat message or a whole studio. A client can leave a studio and delete their photo and their messages while keeping the account.
If you can't find the action you need in the app, write to support@useclubly.com and we'll delete it on request.
Timing
Deletion happens immediately on confirmation — there is no delayed period.
Some data may persist for a while in routine backups and logs, from which it ages out through their normal rotation.
